1. Account Management

1.1. Get Access to Coordinator Portal

Coordinator is the role that connects the investor of one school or nursery with ADEK, practically this role is required to help accomplish the ultimate education services after license issuing like changing school/nursery details, issuing a license, renewing a license, etc…


A Practically Coordinator role can be the investor itself or someone the investor chooses, so this user can’t sign up directly and gets access credentials via email after the investor adds their role through the PASS system.

1.2. Restore Password

If you forget your account password, you can restore it using the below steps: 

 

Steps 

 

  1. Go to Licensing System
  2. On the main login page click “Forget your password?” 
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Submit”  
  4. A link will be sent via email to your registered email address, use the link to reset your account password

1.3. Unlock Account

You will get locked after 5 failed attempts to login, your account will be unlocked after 5 minutes.
